Collector Status Verification Guidelines

Procedures:

  1. Login to READy

  2. Select the “Operations” tab located at the top right of the screen.

  3. Select “Infrastructure” located on the left-hand side of the screen and you will see the list of collector(s) that are installed. A minimum of the following information will be visible for each collector:
    1. Collector Serial Number
    2. Address
    3. Last Contact

  4. Verify that there is no warning icon located anywhere next to the collector information. It will be either an orange circle.
    1. If this is displayed, then the collector is down and will need to be re-powered.

  5. Verify the “Last Contact” date is the current date.
