(AMR) Drive-By Readings Guidelines

Procedures:

1. Add meters from “Last Imported” group to “Route 1” group in READy Manager. (These are the meters that will be read during drive-bys)
   
   
2. On the android tablet, open the READy app. and select “Send/Receive” (This will transfer the groups created in READy Manager to the android tablet.)
   
   
3. Select “Read Meters” from the homepage of the READy app on the android tablet and select the “Route 1” group and begin reading all the meters in that group. (Make sure the converter is turned on and paired to the android tablet.)
   
   
4. After reading all meters, select “Finish” to complete the meter readings.
   
   (You may have to hit the back arrow at the top left corner of the screen to see the “Finish” option.)
   
   
5. Select “Send/Receive” to transfer the readings back to
   READy Manager on your computer at the office. (Make sure this step is
   done back at the office because the android tablet will need to be
   connected to Wifi to do this)
