AMI/ALD Read Log Guidelines

Procedures:

1. Open the READy App. on the tablet and pair the tablet with the READy Converter.
   
   
2. Select “Send/Receive” on the homepage of the READy App. to transfer the latest information to the tablet. (This requires internet connection)
   
   
3. Once you arrive to the site where the meter is located, select “Find Meter” from the READy App. homepage.
   
   
4. Type in the meter serial number in the search bar that you want to pull a read log on and select that serial number when it appears.
   
   
5. Click the three dots located at the top right of the screen and select “Read Log”
   
   
6. Select “READy Converter” for the reader device. (It should automatically start connecting to the Kamstrup meter)
   
   
7. Click the drop-down menu for Log Type and select “Hour Log”
   
   
8. Select “Start” at the bottom of the screen to begin retrieving all hourly data from the meter. (This may take a few minutes to complete)
   
   
9. Once completed, you can select “View Log” at the bottom of the screen to view the consumption data on the tablet.
   
   
10. Select the back arrow “<” located at the top left of the screen until you get back to the homepage of the READy App.
    
    
11. Select “Send/Receive”on the homepage of the READy App. to transfer the hourly data back to the office PC. (This requires internet connection)
